How do you know which orders you recovered?

Every shopper gets a unique one-use discount code. When an order uses that code, it counts as recovered. Nothing else does.

How am I billed?

Through Shopify, in USD, together with your other apps. No credit card needed to start.

Which plan should I start with?

Most stores start on Startup. During the guided setup we look at your numbers with you and suggest a plan. You can switch as you grow.

Is there a contract?
